One Address for Every Trial and Download

Receive license keys and download links without handing every trial signup your everyday inbox.

Why not use your main inbox for trial signups?

Free trials and software downloads exist to collect an email address as much as to deliver the product. Once a trial ends, most senders keep emailing: renewal reminders, upsell offers, and occasional resale to a marketing list. A dedicated address contains that behavior to one inbox instead of your main one.

What actually needs delivering here?

Almost every trial or download flow sends one of three things: a download link, an activation or license key, or an account confirmation. All three are one-way messages that a receive-only address handles without any missing piece.

  1. Sign in with Google and claim a mailbox name, such as "trials" or "downloads".
  2. Enter that address on the download or signup form instead of your everyday email.
  3. Open the mailbox to grab the link or license key, then use it right away since the message stays in the mailbox for later reference too.

What if a trial requires talking to sales or support?

regmail.me is receive-only and cannot send a reply. If a trial needs you to respond, such as requesting an extension from a sales rep, use a reachable inbox for that conversation. The dedicated address still works fine for the automated license key and download link.

How many trial emails fit in the free tier?

The free tier receives up to 5 emails per mailbox per day. That covers the confirmation, license key, and a reminder or two from one trial. Running several trial signups on the same day on one address can approach that limit; paid overflow at 1 Energy per extra email, off by default, covers the rest if needed.

Can I keep the same address for a future re-download?

Yes. The address is permanent, so a license key or receipt sent months ago is still sitting in the mailbox, and the same address still works if you need to redownload or reinstall later.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use one trial address for multiple software vendors?

Yes. One address can receive download links and keys from as many vendors as you want, as long as the total stays within your daily allowance or you enable paid overflow.

Will a vendor reject a regmail.me address at trial signup?

No service can guarantee how a given vendor validates email addresses, since that policy is theirs. A regmail.me address is a real domain that accepts and delivers standard mail, which is what most signup forms actually check.

What happens to the license key email if I lose it?

It stays in the mailbox until you delete it. Search or scroll back to the original delivery date, since nothing expires automatically on the receiving side.

Can I use this address to reply and ask for a trial extension?

No. regmail.me cannot send outbound mail. Contact the vendor through a reachable inbox or their support channel for anything that needs a reply.
