Acceptance of terms

By using regmail.me you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

regmail.me creates a receive-only mailbox on a real domain: it can receive email, but nothing in the product can send email from that address. Every account gets one free mailbox and a daily quota of incoming emails.

Additional mailboxes and email volume beyond the free daily quota are paid usage, charged from a prepaid Energy balance. Current prices are shown in the product at the time you top up or create a mailbox.

We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Your account and acceptable use

You are responsible for what you use your mailbox address for. Do not use the service for anything unlawful, or to abuse, attack, or overload our systems.

The free tier is one mailbox per account. We may suspend access or stop mail routing for abuse; the address remains assigned and is never reassigned.

Payments

Energy is a prepaid balance, purchased through a supported gateway (bank transfer via SePay, or card/PayPal). A top-up is credited once the gateway confirms the payment. We do not currently publish a refund policy; if a payment goes wrong, contact us and we will look into it manually.

The partner program

A partner contributes a domain they own to the mailbox pool and keeps control of their DNS and registrar. Revenue-share terms for the partner program are not decided yet, and no percentage is promised anywhere in the product until they are.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific email will be delivered or retained. To the extent permitted by law, regmail.me is not liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
