Paid, with Energy
- 5E, charged once, for each mailbox beyond your first
- 1E per received email once a mailbox goes over its free daily quota
- 1E per Owner Lookup, to find which account owns an address
- 5E to receive a mailbox transferred from another account, paid by the receiver
Paid overflow is OFF by default on every mailbox. You must turn it on yourself, per mailbox — this protects you from being charged just because someone else emails your address.

Paying from outside Vietnam
Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal are billed in USD. These packages carry more Energy per unit because they absorb the card and currency fees.
Does Energy expire?
No. Energy you buy stays in your balance indefinitely; it is only spent when you add a mailbox or receive an overflow email with overflow turned on.
What happens when I run out of Energy?
Nothing breaks. Your free mailbox and its free daily quota keep working exactly as before; you simply can't add another mailbox or receive overflow email until you top up.
Can I get a refund?
Energy is non-refundable once purchased, same as any prepaid balance; it never expires, so there's no pressure to spend it before it's needed.
Do I need a card to use regmail.me?
No — the free mailbox needs only a Google sign-in. A card is optional even for paid Energy: from Vietnam you can top up by VietQR bank transfer, and from anywhere else by card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal.
